Returned products need to keep intact original packaging, unused state and complete product accessories to meet official return acceptance standards.

Refund Processing Cycle

After we receive and inspect qualified returned goods completely, our official finance team will initiate full refund procedures. All refunds will be completed and returned to the original customer payment account within 5 to 10 working days.

Return Fee Regulation

Refund Exceptions
